Apr 1, 2023 · As a Rogue that hunts Feral Druids for sport, go Rogue. Feral feels like a Rogue with half the kit missing. This is extremely accurate. Feral has had some high points in there, but as a kit with “a little bit of everything” it generally feels like it lags behind–because when it doesn’t, it’s insanely overpowered.

That being said, I think I visually prefer swords with Outlaw (and love grappling hook and treasure finding). But in my research, I think Sub is the way to go right now for leveling. Using Shadowmeld doesn't allow you to leave combat and enter stealth immediately. So there is something I am missing on how to properly use Shadowmeld for DPS as a Subtlety Rogue. It does allow the use of stealth based abilities, such as Shadowstrike and Symbols of Death.
