Pump-action shotguns are inherently reliable. However, the Supernova takes it a step further with a rotating bolt that flings those shells out of the gun with reckless abandon. Customization: 2/5. The Mossberg is a decent gun for the money and you could do worse. Neither is a great choice for light target loads although the SBE II will cycle lighter field loads. Since the SBE II is a little better with lighter loads and is lighter in weight, it more versatile for upland to turkey hunting.
