After reassembling a pair of P365's with Boresite modules, this slide won't go back on the frame. It stops short when hitting g this part of the FCU, which is raised up higher than on my other two FCU's ( which sit just below the frame rails). There's spring tension on it and I can push it down a bit, but the slide won't past it. Any ideas?

P365 Slide stuck locked back. Had quals today and while cleaning the trigger control module I may have screwed up my slide stop lever or a spring attached to it. Trigger control module went back in correctly and reassembled it and the slide is now locked back. No amount of tension will seem to get the slide lock lever to drop down.

When you fire a mag through your SAS, doesn't the slide lock open after the last round? If so, insert a new mag and release the slide with the slide release lever (or slingshot the slide if that's your preferred method). The guide is positioned correctly. When I put the takedown lever horizontal, I can lift the side release and the mag safety clicks in. Have tried many suggestions but when takedown lever is moved back to 7 o'clock position, about five o'clock the safety for mag disengages. The takedown lever is a beast.
