This is a two step process. Reassemble the rear sight assembly, bottom the aperature out against the reciver and bring it up 10 clicks. With the screw loose on be elevation pinion pull out ( away from the receiver ) and rotate until you are at the "1" mark. Tighten everything up. Got to the range and zero the rifle at 100m check the elevation drum.
