Hey, all. About 9 months after the purchase of my litter robot 3 connect, I got the rapid yellow flash, telling me I had a fault in my pinch detector. After cleaning the metal bits failed, I ended up cutting the metal ends off and using a butt splice with an environmental seal to connect the 2 wires and bypass the pinch detector all together.

Few steps: 1: Cut either the black or blue wire. 2: Get a 2k ohm resistor. (I didn't have any so I used a resistor and a potentiometer.) P.s.
