2024 Weighted dips - I'm currently doing weighted dips (+50lb) for 5x10 as an accessory exercise on bench and OHP days of 5/3/1. They are pretty tiring, and I've been wondering if they really work that well for high reps. My recent success in terms of hypertrophy and strength with heavy power shrugs for 10 triples made me think about programming dips the same way.
